The logo of the Adelle Grace Montessori School Incorporated, contains many figures that have their respective meaning relative to the philosophy, deals and aspirations of the Institution.
The dominant figure in the seal is the triangle. This symbolizes the MONTESSORI EDUCATION as comprised of the three interdependent elements of the said Pedagogy; (1) the child (2) the teachers and (3) the prepared environment.
The child, respected for his personal dignity and the core reason of the existence of the second and third elements. The teacher or the educator, inspired by a deep worship of life and must go through this reverence and respect while he observes with human interest the development of the child to life.
The prepared environment refers to a room with child-sized, functional furnishing and Montessori didactic equipment started with a directress to foster auto education.
Montessori Education is exploring, enlightening, liberating and transforming. It is geared and tailored towards the wholesome formation and total development of the child's personality, thus signified by the book, torch and quill pen. The laurel leaves embellished under the book and the blazing rays of the sun indicate that through the Montessori system of education, the child is assured of a foundation upon which to build hid future success.
Inscribed inside the seal is the name of the school; Adelle Grace Montessori School Inc. and in the lower portion of the same rim is the school address, Arayat, Pampanga; the MCMXCVIII written below the triangle is the date when the school was founded.
The round shape signifies quintessence of solidarity that binds worldwide Montessori association in the goal of building a better and greater world to live in this millennium and beyond. Together, administrators faculty members, personnel and students share in the collective vision of transforming the school into a major agent of change and progress as it continues to serve our Creator and society by way of education.
