ADMISSION
1. The child must be 3-6 years old for the Pre-School level, 6-12 years old for the grade school level and 13-16 years old for the secondary level.
2. Selection for admission is based on the needed requirements, interviews, report cards, written assessment result and recommendation.
3. All transferees must submit their report card ( Form 138 ) and Permanent Record ( Form 137 ) , Certificate of Good Moral with transfer eligibility properly signed by the principal of the School were they came from.
4. To maintain the standard of the school, students are screened and given classification exams in major academic subjects prior to the approval for enrolment.
5. AGMSI reserves the right to refuse enrolment to any students who fails to meet the admission requirements of the school.
ENROLMENT
NEW STUDENTS / TRANSFEREES
1. Applicants who passed the interview and the entrance examination are required to submit the following requirements to the registrar exchange of the enrolment form.
2. PSA Birth Certificate ( Photocopy )
3. Report Card duly signed by the last authorities of the school last attended (for transferees)
4. Student Permanent Record ( Form 137 )
5. Certification of good moral character
6. Parents are required to sign conforme to meet all school requirements and observe all rules and regulations already existing or which will be implemented in the future as well as the medical history conformed.
7. The applicant forms of the candidates who are able to comply with all the school requirements for admission is then given to the Directress for the approval.
8. All fees indicated in the schedule of the payments are settled within the school's accounting office. Only after all fees required for the period are paid, will the applicant be recognized as officially enrolled at Adelle Grace Montessori School Incorporated.
OLD STUDENTS
Old students should not have any outstanding balance and no pending academic requirements in their class to be able to enroll for the incoming school year. They can proceed to the accounting office for their enrolment forms.
OLD SRUDENTS
ENROLMENT
1. All school fees should be paid directly to the Accounting office.Ask for receipt for whatever you are paying.
2. Payments can be made in cash or cheque in the name of Adelle Grace Montessori School Incorporated.
3. Cheques are acceptable on the following conditions:
a. The client is a good payer
b. Post - dated cheques and out of town cheques are only accepted based on the accounting officer's discretion. Endorsed cheques are not acceptable.
4. For those who choose the semestral mode of payment, balance should be settled on or before the specified date.
- For those who choose the trimestral mode of payment, 1st payment of the balance is settled on the month of September, 2nd payment on the month of December.
* tution fees increase as the mode of payments increase.
Tuition refund, in cases of withdrawal of enrolment shall be considered based on the following schedules:
a. before opening of class, 50% refundable
b. one week after opening of class, 30% refundable
c. two weeks after opening of the classes, 10% refundable
d. beyond two weeks NO REFUND
5. Students who leave in the middle of the school year are required to settle the unpaid months that they were still in school, regardless of mode payment. However, they are not obliged to pay the remaining months of the school year. If payments have been completed prior to leaving of the student, policy 6.IV shall be followed wherein no refunds shall be given.
6. Overdue payments will bear a three percent interest (3%) added to the amount due every month payment is delayed.
7. A student is considered enrolled only after the required down payment is settled.
8. All financial business is transacted through the Administrative/Accounting Office.
9. The School has the right to raise its tution and other fees accordance with the guidelines set by the Department of Education pursuant to the provision of RA 6728.
